With deep experience in battery production and quality engineering, our team enables you to deliver safe, consistent, and certifiable lithium battery packs—ready for real-world use and global compliance.
At FuelOut Technology, we implement a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) framework across the full battery production lifecycle—from raw materials to final product testing. Our robust QC practices are designed to reduce defects, meet compliance standards, and ensure every lithium battery pack is safe, reliable, and high-performing.
With deep experience in battery production and quality engineering, our team enables you to deliver safe, consistent, and certifiable lithium battery packs—ready for real-world use and global compliance.
Cell & Component Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) ensure all materials meet required specifications before assembly, preventing defects, improving reliability, and maintaining overall battery pack performance and safety standards.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Plans monitor each production stage to detect and correct issues in real-time, ensuring consistent product quality, improved efficiency, and reduced rework or rejection.
End-of-Line (EOL) Testing Protocols verify battery performance, safety, and functionality after assembly, ensuring only fully compliant units proceed to packaging and shipment for customer delivery.
Critical Parameter Definition & Control Limits establish key metrics and acceptable ranges to ensure process stability, product quality, and early detection of deviations during battery manufacturing and testing.
PFMEA, Control Plan & QC Checklist Development identify potential failure modes, define control measures, and create standardized inspection checklists to enhance process reliability, safety, and product quality in manufacturing.
Failure Analysis & Root Cause Investigation systematically identify defects, analyze their origins, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring improved product reliability and continuous process improvement.
At Fuelout Technology, quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our Quality Control (QC) process ensures that every lithium battery pack meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. We follow a multi-stage QC system across the production line.
All raw materials – including lithium cells, BMS, connectors, wires, and enclosures – are inspected for certifications, grade, batch traceability, and physical damage.
Cells are tested for voltage, internal resistance (IR), and capacity. Only matched cells (same batch, IR range, and voltage window) are used for assembly to ensure pack consistency.
Post-welding inspection includes checking weld strength, alignment, polarity, insulation, and proper placement of BMS and safety components.
Each battery pack is tested for voltage, insulation, short-circuit protection, and charge cutoffs. BMS communication via UART, RS485, or SMBus is also verified for reliable system integration.
Packs are charged and discharged under controlled conditions to measure actual capacity (Ah), efficiency (%), thermal performance, and voltage drop under load.
Final checks include pack labeling, serial numbers, barcode tagging, enclosure sealing, and visual inspection for dust, scratches, or structural issues.
For select batches or specific client requirements, we coordinate UN38.3 testing, BIS/IEC certification, IP rating for waterproofing, and drop, vibration, and fire safety tests.
We offer long-term support through AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), spare parts supply, software updates, and troubleshooting assistance.
